Master Sinh (my version)
He basically an immature, abusive(mainly to Tiva), somewhat crazy guy who has a hardcore addiction to cookies because Master Vex stole his cookie which makes him young [link]
Him and his daughter Tiva have a Peter and Meg like relationship but only much worst: Forces her in prostitution to pay back money she stole from her parents but her parents were cheap without paying for her education(reason she steals), calling her awful words, sometimes hit her and has feelings for her.
Him and the other Council guys would always get into so much trouble(mostly with Master Vex). With Master Taj he would treat him like he doesn't exist but he still hangs with him and as for the others....who knows.
